Questions about this repair

Do I need to bring the whole PC?

Yes, the tower and its power cable. Faults often come from how parts work together, so we test the complete machine. You can leave the monitor, keyboard and mouse at home.

Will I lose my games and files?

Not for a hardware repair. We do not wipe or reinstall anything without asking you first.

How long does it take?

Workshop repairs are normally back with you within 24 to 48 hours. We give you a date with your quote.

Is the repair guaranteed?

Yes. All our work is guaranteed, including the parts we use.
