This website, gameconsolerepair.uk, is operated by Creative IT (UK) Ltd, trading as Game Console Repair. We repair games consoles and gaming PCs. In data protection law we are the "data controller" for the information you send us here.

What we collect
When you use the quote form or email or call us, we collect only what you choose to give us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you give it
- The device and the fault you describe, and anything else you write in your message
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange the repair. This is in our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, once you ask us to go ahead, to take the steps needed to carry out the repair you have asked for.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own use.
The confirmation email
When the quote form is sent, our website emails your enquiry to us and sends a copy to the email address you entered, so you have a record of what you asked. If you did not expect that copy, you can ignore or delete it.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is handled by Creative IT (UK) Ltd. It reaches us by email, so it is also handled by our email and website hosting providers, who process it on our behalf so that we can receive and store it. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and repair records only as long as we need them: to deal with your enquiry, to carry out and guarantee any repair, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set its own tracking cookies and does not profile you. We load web fonts from Google Fonts so the pages display correctly, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them. No quote-form details are shared in doing so.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- Show you the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, where we have no legal reason to keep it
- Stop or limit how we use it
- Object to our using it
To do any of this, contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you think we have not handled your information properly, though we would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
